SHIPPING

Expedited Shipping is different each country. Rated shipping time is about 7-29 business days*. We guaranteed 60 days product is received. 

- Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed during the month of December. This due to the high volume of orders. 

Free Worldwide Shipping for main product. For free product we charge shipping cost. 

RETURN POLICY

Animal88 is committed to providing our customers with quality products every time. 

We have a 30 day return policy. You can cancel an order only with in 24 hours of ordering. A 15% cancellation fee exists for orders that have not been processed.  

We only accept returns for the following reasons: 
1) Low quality print work or damaged upon delivery. 
2) The product is different from what was ordered.  

All other orders: NO REFUNDS.  

15% fee for returning products. Ask nicely for a waiver :) 

Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.  

Refunds 

After your return is inspected and approved. We will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order. 

Promotional Items (if applicable) 
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded. 

Filing a Claim 
To file a claim, please Contact Us and include your order number. 

If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected garments to us. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments. 

Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Free Product
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
